About me
I co-founded Heavenly Desserts, one of the UK’s largest dessert restaurant franchises, and scaled it into an international brand with over 70 locations across four countries.
For nearly two decades, I’ve designed and led the infrastructure behind a scaling franchise brand, shaping the systems, structure and leadership foundations required for sustained growth.
My experience spans across expansion, operations, franchise & corporate growth, long term decision making and value creation.
Today, my focus sits at the intersection of business, performance and personal growth.
